My background and professional experiences include having practiced as a pediatric and adult neuropsychologist as well as a school psychologist for many years. I am Board Certified in Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology (ABN.) I have been an adjunct and associate professor, teaching, training, or supervising doctoral students, as well as other licensed psychologists, in neuropsychology at various universities in New York, Chicago, Indiana, and Washington. These schools include Columbia University Teachers College, Long Island University, Adler University, Gonzaga University, and Whitworth University. I have worked as a neuropsychologist in psychiatric, and in neurorehabilitation, hospitals. I also served as Coordinator of Services for Students with Disabilities at a community college. I have contracted with school districts to complete independent educational evaluations (IEEs), and provided forensic evaluations in legal cases. I am particularly interested in executive functions (EF) and have developed and implemented curriculum in this area. I have presented at several professional conferences in various states about EF skills.
